In ET Logistik Sp. z o.o., the activities aimed at ensuring a suitable level of quality of rendered services cover the following spheres:
- understanding customer needs and finding an appropriate solution for them,
- implementation of a solution agreed upon with the customer, including activating the technology for the electronic exchange of order data, the status of consignments (T&T), as well as the clearance of services completed, 
- performing the activity of physical handling of the entrusted goods: shipment, storage, de-consolidation, order picking and packaging, consolidation with the use of standardized procedures, which are certified according to ISO and HACCP standards. 

 
The program of ensuring the expected quality of services includes:
- improvement of abilities as well as strengthening the discipline of own staff as well as those working on behalf of the business partners, including carriers, 
-  ensuring access to infrastructure (warehouses, cross-docking terminals)  with the availability exceeding the highest level of operational  need of those facilities during peak  periods of activity in terms of the physical  handling of goods,
- introduction of modern cross-docking equipment and transport vehicles, the technical characteristic of which corresponds with the changing standards within occupational health and safety, environmental protection, as well as the standards regarding energy consumption,
-  broadening the monitoring of the activity of physical handling of goods, both during cross-docking and storage as well as transport. 
 
Measurement of the quality of rendered services has been continually conducted in ET Logistik Sp. z o.o.  with the use of the main indicators (KPI), the formula of which is agreed upon with customers, in order to ensure their access to the data they require regarding the process of the physical activity of handling of goods, as well as the level of satisfaction felt by the recipients of their goods.
