ET Logistik Sp. z o.o. (Limited Liability Company) was set up on March 9th, 1995. Until November 2009 the business was run under the firm M&M Logistik Sp. z o.o. ET Logistik Sp. z o.o. is present in the TSL market in Poland as a neutral logistic operator and an organizer of the road shipment of cargo in the segment of general cargo (within the ETLnet distribution system), as well as in the segment of full truck load consignments. Originally, warehousing and distribution services were the subject of operations. Then, operations within contractual logistics were undertaken (in 1997), as well as national full truck load shipments (in 2006). Gradually, the network of branches around the country was expanded, embracing logistic centers in Wola Rakowa near Łódź (since 1996), Legionowo (from 1999 to 2001), Katowice (from 1999 to 2009), Pruszków (since 2001), Poznań (since 2003), Wrocław (since 2006) and Piotrków Trybunalski (since 2007), as well as transshipment points in Rzeszów (since 1999), Szczecinek (from 2003 to 2008), Bydgoszcz (since 2008) and Pruszcz Gdański (since 2009), the main office in Warsaw (since 1995) and the commercial/trade office in Kraków (from 2006 to 2011). Since July 2009, operations are carried out in the new logistic centre in Jaworznow-Jeleń.  The construction of the nationwide network of general cargo distribution ETLnet, initially called M&Mnet, started in 2003 with the signing of the first franchise contracts with the first partners in Szczecin and then in Zielona Góra (in 2004). Successive partners in Białystok and Lublin joined the ETLnet network in 2009.
 
ET Logistik Sp. z o.o. has, for many years, applied an integrated system of quality and environment management. The certificate for the ISO 9001:2000 standard and ISO 14001:1996 certificate were first obtained on July 21st, 2004.
On January 25th, 2011 the certificates for the ISO 9001:2009 and 14001:2005 standards, as well as HACCP were once again obtained.
